Lisa started out as co-Secretary, took on the role of Chair of Fundraising, and was elected President in December of 2018. She lives in Hingham with her 4 kids...2 human, 2 canine!

Susan (Grondine) Dauwer

Susan and her husband Arthur have lived in Scituate since 2007.  She was inspired by her 7-year old black lab, Moses, to join the Board.  She was nominated to the position of Vice-President and assists with fundraising, public outreach and contract support.  Susan is an attorney whose practice focuses on commercial litigation and arbitration.

Alison Duhamel

Alison is our new Secretary (since Oct. 2021). She was born just outside the South Shore area and moved to Scituate in 2015. Alison is well-suited to take on the role of Secretary, as she has worked in the Biotech/Pharma industry for 25 years and picked up some valuable administrative and organizational skills along the way. Alison graduated from UNH with a degree in Biology and got her Masters in Organizational Psychology at William James College. She became interested in the dog park when she welcomed her very first dog, Piper, into the family and began bringing Piper to the park almost daily.

Ashley Meehan

Ashley is our Treasurer. She was born and raised on Cape Cod and graduated from Lasell University with a Bachelors in Accounting and Finance. She then graduated from Northeastern University with a Master's in Accounting. Ashley is well-suited to take on the role of Treasurer as she is a certified public accountant in MA and a senior audit associate at CohnReznick LLP in Braintree. Her main clientele are not-for-profit organizations and low-income housing organizations.
